Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist in customer and client concerns


  • Answer phone calls to resolve the said concerns


  • Document what transpired during the call



Job Qualifications:



  • A graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree


  • High School graduates and College undergrads may also be accepted


  • Vacancies available in Pasay, or BGC


  • Willing to render overtime


  • Can start as soon as possible
