We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Invoice Support Specialist to join our team in a high-volume shared services environment within a manufacturing plant. This role is contract-based, with an anticipated duration of 6 months to 1+ year, and focuses on invoice research, vendor communication, and ERP system navigation.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage a shared services email inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries daily.
  • Research invoice issues, discrepancies, and aging items within SAP and related systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support invoice processing and follow-up within ERP systems (SAP; Basware experience a plus).
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound email correspondence independently.
