The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales initiatives. This role demands strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer proficiency to ensure seamless customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using pre-defined scripts.
Respond to customer queries about products, services, or the company.
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Redirect qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary.
Accurately enter and update customer data in the internal CRM or database.
Take and process customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
Handle complaints or objections professionally to maintain the company’s brand reputation.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Perform basic research to assist in lead generation and market intelligence.
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Computers or a related field.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills in English (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of email communication and MS Excel operations.
Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or within a team.
