We are looking for Customer Service Associates with excellent communication skills to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a day shift position with a salary of up to 25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.


• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree from a recognized university.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries efficiently.


• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
