Client Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who are sending their devices for servicing
- Coordinate and update repair status via email
- Manage clients' expectations such as repair status, service outcomes and etc.
- Ensure payment settlement and accuracy of invoices
Technical Coordination
- Possess the ability to understand diagnostic reports
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requests are met
Operational & administrative support
- Monitor and coordinate repair issues with internal stakeholders
- Prepare quotation and also completion reports
- Overseas a team of associates to ensure smooth day to day operations
