Job Description

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who are sending their devices for servicing
  • Coordinate and update repair status via email
  • Manage clients' expectations such as repair status, service outcomes and etc.
  • Ensure payment settlement and accuracy of invoices

Technical Coordination

  • Possess the ability to understand diagnostic reports
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requests are met

Operational & administrative support

  • Monitor and coordinate repair issues with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare quotation and also completion reports
  • Overseas a team of associates to ensure smooth day to day operations

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum Higher Nitec in Service Management
