Description
-Marketing Contact center, they will make calls on behalf of the field reps, they will be trying to set up annual review appointments with their CURRENT customers
-Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
-The appointment they are setting up is to set appointments to review current policies and/ renew. We want to make sure they are staying up to date and meeting the customer needs.
-The reps have a goal to make 130 calls per day, and to schedule 10 appointments per day. They are calling current customers, so all calls are very warm.
-There is scripting and talk track for the customer service reps, however there is not an auto-dialer though so they will have to dial the numbers.
