**Energy Customer Care Agent** (Work From Home)
**Location:** Lansing, MI (Remote)
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm
**Pay Rate:** $15.50 an hour
**Position Overview**
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Energy Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated energy team. In this work-from-home role, you will support utility customers by delivering exceptional service in a specialized, technical environment.
