Job Position: Customer Service Call Center Agent

International Account

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of BPO customer service experience
  • International account experience is a plus
  • High school graduate (college level/degree is an advantage)
  • With good English communication skills
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls, emails, or chats from international customers
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account concerns
  • Follow established scripts, processes, and quality standards
