Job Position: Customer Service Call Center Agent
International Account
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of BPO customer service experience
- International account experience is a plus
- High school graduate (college level/degree is an advantage)
- With good English communication skills
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound or outbound calls, emails, or chats from international customers
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account concerns
- Follow established scripts, processes, and quality standards
