Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative from a Spanish-speaking country to manage customer communications across our website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Leroy Merlin, etc.).
The main responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, handling returns and claims, and ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with our brand standards.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish (native level) and have strong written communication skills. Previous experience in eCommerce customer service is highly valued. Dependind on skills more hours can be added.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
