Job Description

We are looking for a Customer service representative, fluent in Catalan for a shared services center to start as soon as possible.

  • Location: Must be based in Portugal
  • Contract: Full-time, Full-Remote
  • Rotating Shifts: 8h-17h; 10h-19h; 12h-21h (Monday to Sunday, 1 working weekend every 2 months)
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone, written channels, and social media
  • Identify customer needs and assist in using specific product features
  • Update internal databases with details about consumer requests
  • Share feature requests and effective solutions with relevant stakeholders
  • Inform consumers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns
  • Follow up with consumers to ensure issue resolution
  • Collect feedback and contribute to knowledge bases and FAQ documentation
