Job Description

We are expanding our Customer Experience Event Team and are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering positive customer experiences.

This role is suitable for entry level and career switchers, including those from retail, hospitality, F&B, tourism, or service-related backgrounds. You will be deployed at roadshows, pop-up events, and exhibitions across Singapore, supporting customer engagement and event operations.

Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary communication, service, and teamwork skills.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations

• Gradually take on team coordination responsibilities as you progress
