As our Customer Service, you'll play a key role in will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer support by managing open orders, analyzing delivery dates, and expediting factory shipments to meet service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets

What You'll Be Doing
Provide timely and effective support to customers and suppliers via phone and email regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, and transportation.
Resolve inquiries, confirm order data, manage invoice complaints, and open non-conformity cases to ensure customer satisfaction
