Job Introduction
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Customer service team in Singapore.
Main Responsibility
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact to provide support and handle enquires. With great customer service at the forefront of what we do, you will create and manage customer sales orders and ensure the accuracy of delivery information.
Manage all shipments and bookings with Freight Forwarders in preparation of export documentation. Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial, production and logistics to ensure that orders are delivered to our customers on time and in full.
