Job Description

Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media platforms (IG, FB, X, Threads, TikTok).

Provide accurate and timely assistance on order tracking, returns, and product-related questions.

Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Work remotely on weekends as part of the support schedule.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management to support the overall goals of the organization.
