Customer Service Coordinator (6-month Contract)

Handling customers’ inquiries, requisitions for quote and order

Document maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all work orders, customers’ purchase orders
  • Handle all communication eg, complaints and inquiry
  • Maintain all communication records
  • Order processing and updating the general data
  • Process and check forwarders' invoices and submit to the Finance department for payment

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM/Cert/Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field in manufacturing environment
  • Able to read, write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
