Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4–5 years of experience in Customer Service Coordination, preferably with Government and Corporate clients

  • Background in Technical/IT customer service (Security Systems, ELV & Networking industry preferred)

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience with ERP & CRM systems

  • Knowledge in:

    Quotation preparation

    Tender submission

    Maintenance Service Contracts management

    Official correspondence

  • Well-organized, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality

  • UAE Driving License is a plus
