Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work onsite

Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: $30/hr-$34/hr
Duration: temp-to-hire

Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers and clients via phone and email (highly professional skills)
* Order processing, purchasing, fulfillment, following orders from pre-planning to delivery
* Liaison between design, production, overseas and traffic daily

Requirements:
* Detail oriented and highly organized
* Apparel or wholesale accessories industry experience
* High degree of self motivation
* EDI experience a plus
* Basic Excel (working within a spreadsheet)
* Valid COVID-19 vaccine
