Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical /shop background as this is a very fast paced environment. Must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field all requests for quotations calls
  • Provide customers with quotations to include price and lead time
  • Work with other departments on the priority of sales order to ensure that the most important projects is getting the attention that is required
  • Complete all required documents and drawing requirements upon customer request
  • Work with engineering to ensure any customer complaints are being addressed and product improvement continues to be a priority
  • Attend customer meetings as necessary
  • Do the daily shippers to confirm all shipments that have left the day prior
