Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon-Fri

Luck Stone Leesburg Plant is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist who can deliver top-notch service, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. In this role, you’ll be the go-to link between our customers, drivers, sales team, and operations — making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate & Fulfill Orders: Handle order entry, dispatch, scale operations, and ticket processing. Assign contract and private haul trucks, provide accurate maps and directions, and navigate both city and rural routes while following weight restrictions.
