Role Overview

We’re hiring a highly organized and execution-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support ongoing client operations across multiple sites. This is a coordination-heavy role involving customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams (field, technical, support) to ensure timely resolution and workflow compliance
  • Maintain trackers, update internal systems, and ensure all documentation is accurate and centrally managed
  • Assist with ongoing quality control, service follow-ups, reporting, and administrative organization
