Job Description
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Sales**
- Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware).
- Build quality relationships with customers and managers.
- Provide in-house technical support to sales staff.
- Leading the design of the program for the customer.
- Constantly collect and feedback on customers and the market’s demand for the company’s products.
- After-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support).
- Feedback product product-related issues to research and development personnel for improvement.
- Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions on reporting.
- Develop and produce quality guidelines materials as per customer requirements.

- Good written and spoken communication skills, be able to report to supervisor overseas.
