Customer Service Engineer  

Our Client a leading provider of scientific instruments and solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to join their Sydney team.

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical support and service for our clients analytical instruments and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of instruments.
  • Responding to breakdown calls as required and participating in an out of hours standby rota and on weekends.
  • Preventative maintenance work on instruments;
  • At least 80% of your time both within Perth and interstate. Occasional travel to New Zealand and Oceania (including Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia & Indonesia) will also be necessary.
