Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing

Prepare sales invoices and maintain accurate customer records

Promote available products and services to customers

Support stock management activities, including inventories and stock takes

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction



Requirements

1st Degree in Marketing or a related field

Practical training or experience in Customer Service and/or Marketing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
