CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Teckwah Paper Products – Alor Gajah, Melaka

Provide full support in business operation team.

To coordinate and liaise closely with internal and external customers in meeting expectations.

Ensure communication and workflow are cascaded from customers to respective department involved i.e. Sales, Planning and support, Quality, Production , Warehouse and traffic & Finance.

Actively engage with customers to establish strong bonding and maintain good business relationship.

Timely fulfilment customers’ orders and communicate of schedule revised & ad-hoc request.

Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required.

To promote positive image of company services.

To execute tasks set by HOD and update progressively.

PRE-REQUISITE:

• Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
