Job Description

We are currently lookingCustomer Service Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities

Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

Reporting & Documentation

Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.

Ensure timely submission of required reports.

Qualification & Experience

Excellent oral and written skills in English.

Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
