Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests related to deliveries, shipments, and logistics operations
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
  • Update customers on delivery status and resolve any issues or delays proactively
  • Manage order processing, documentation, and data entry in the system accurately
  • Prepare and follow up on delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork
  • Maintain good relationships with customers by providing prompt and professional support

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma / degree in business or any related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics preferred (training provided for fresh entrants)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good time management and cross-functional communication
