JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Educate customers on their sleep apnea and/or respiratory disorders and recommend the appropriate CPAP/BiPAP and/or O2 therapy.
  • Attend to customers on product enquiries, monitor and record customers' feedbacks/ complains and propose improvement action plan to management.
  • Manage the scheduling of trial/rental products and ensure that the products are in working condition. Staff may be required to travel to meet customers, to provide demonstration and/or set up product usage.
  • Follow up with customers on renewal programs, including trial/rental end reminders, device maintenance reminders, etc.
  • Follow up on billings and payments reminders with customers, and report to management on issues regarding payment collection.
  • Maintain and update customers database.
  • Carry out marketing events/promotions and follow up on all potential sales leads.
  • All incidental administrative work as assigned from time to time.
  • Visits and standby of cases in hospital/clinics on occasional/ad hoc basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Science or Nursing or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Sales experience is an advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • A good team player is highly required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Willing to work in a clinical environment.
