Job Description

The Customer Service Executive would be responsible for below activities for B W Category o Performing day to day activities - Loss Tree and Root Cause Analysis of Top losses Stock Outs Delisting of inactive packs new listings etc o Coordinating and Planning for daily dispatches across the factories to DCs o Drive Day 0 DR new launches to deliver business growth through flawless supply chain execution o Liaising with Supply Planning Team Replenishment team DC operations team o Formulating Dashboards on KPIs - Fill Rate In Stock and Inventory DOH monitoring the performance at Weekly and Monthly intervals and taking timely actions to meet the deliverables o Monitoring and controlling business waste for the month and ensure timely liquidation of stocks on time o Responsible for leading demand planning process for B W category o Review historical sales trends demand drivers prepare forecast data develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results o Lead s...
