Job Description

Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for contacting customers regarding billing issues, product problems, service inquiries, and general customer concerns.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with each caller.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and/or contact.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact company results by resolving issues and turning frustrated customers into loyal customers.
Customer Service Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 24 years of age or older.
A completed Bachelor’s degree is required (an Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred).
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 ...
