About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Cargo Customer Service Executive (Airlines GSSA) to support cargo operations in Delhi. The role involves coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day cargo customer service operations
  • Coordinate with airlines, terminals, and freight forwarders for bookings and shipments
  • Respond to customer queries related to rates, schedules, and shipment status
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with airline and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve shipment issues and provide timely updates to customers
  • Maintain MIS reports and customer records

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in airline cargo customer service / GSSA operations
  • Knowledge of air cargo processes, documentation, and airline systems

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and cargo documentation
