What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Handle customer inquiries across Shopee, TikTok Shop & Lazada (chat, comments, order messages) promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve order issues end-to-end: delivery delays, wrong/missing items, refunds/returns, vouchers, cancellations, and complaints.
