Responsibilities
- Handle Close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
- Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets
- Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider
Qualifications
- Have more than 2 years of working experience
- English can be a working language
- Meticulous, organized, and eager to learn
- Skilled in using Excel
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
