Responsibilities

  • Handle Close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system
  • Identify opportunities to improve the on-time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets
  • Checking and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider

Qualifications

  • Have more than 2 years of working experience
  • English can be a working language
  • Meticulous, organized, and eager to learn
  • Skilled in using Excel
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is a preferred advantage
