Job Purpose

To manage Customer Correspondence received through e-mail.

Roles & Responsibilities

To manage Customer Correspondence received through e-mail and ensure that customers are responded within 24 hours.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.

Key Success Metrics

  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Good understanding of FAS Tag products and processes,
  • Excellent on typing and MS Office skills.
