Responsibilities


  • To provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls and email;

  • To handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests

  • Collecting and providing data entry of case information

  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above (Fresh Graduate also welcome) in any disciplines

  • Fluent in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English

  • Good telephone manner

  • Be patient and work as a team

  • Willing to be on shift
