Job Description: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice, Night Shift)


  • Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice
  • Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
  • Shift: Night Shift aligned with U.S. Time Zones
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Week Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday


Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹19,000 per month .
  • Employees will receive an attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month and an annual performance bonus of up to ₹15,000.
