We are seeking Customer Service Executives to join our international process team. The role involves handling customer interactions from international clients via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Adhere to service level agreements and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all communications

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates eligible
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
  • Immediate joiners preferred
