We are seeking Customer Service Executives to join our international process team. The role involves handling customer interactions from international clients via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Adhere to service level agreements and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective issue resolution
- Maintain cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all communications
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
