Job Description

  • 1) Deal directly with customers either by electronically, telephone, or face to face
  • 2) Respond to customer inquiries
  • 3) Handle customer complaints
  • 4) Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • 5) Provide pricing and delivery information
  • 6) Process orders and requests
  • 7) Records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints
  • 8) Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • 9) Any other duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Mandarin speaker . We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Experience
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Must be computer literate
  • Skills
  • Highly customer oriented
