Job Description
- 1) Deal directly with customers either by electronically, telephone, or face to face
- 2) Respond to customer inquiries
- 3) Handle customer complaints
- 4) Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- 5) Provide pricing and delivery information
- 6) Process orders and requests
- 7) Records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints
- 8) Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- 9) Any other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent degree in any discipline
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Mandarin speaker . We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Must be computer literate
- Skills
- Highly customer oriented
