Job Description

We wish to hire Customer Service Executive (1 headcount) to work in our Taman Desa Tebrau Office in Johor Bahru . This is a new headcount due to our business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional assistance
  • Attend to customer needs, requests, questions and complaints via email, online chat and WhatsApp
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure excellent service standards are consistently met, maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including inventory management, to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support daily operations
