Job Description
Handle the Import/Export Logistic, Shipment Planning and Documentations.
Liaise with customers and suppliers on their orders and deliveries.
Liaise and coordinate with transporters (e.g. shipping agents, freight forwarders, shipping line) on import and export shipments.
Identify from the existing forwarders the best and most effective shipment arrangements for customers.
Liaise with warehouse on inventory control and movements.
Other ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communication, Logistic, etc.
Experience in Customer Service & Autocount will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, good working attitude.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
