Responsibilities:



  • Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle customer inquiries regarding services professionally.




  • Conversion & Sales Support: Persuade potential customers to book appointments and purchase packages.




  • Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and membership benefits.




  • Follow-ups: Call back customers for appointment confirmations and reminders.




  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.




  • Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience and optimize sales.


  • Requirements:


  • Education: Degree (Any specialization)




  • Experience: Freshers can apply.




  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.




  • Skills:




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities




  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets




  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service techniques




  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools (preferred)




  • Understanding of the wellness industry (preferred)
