This role focuses on resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and empathetic customer experience aligned with company CX standards and brand values.


This role will accurately document customer interactions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases, and support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring pain points. The role also requires adherence to service workflows, data privacy requirements, and quality guidelines to maintain consistent service excellence.
