Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
- Manage customer inquiries: Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
- Support member onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
