Job Description

  • Manage daily communication with drivers, customers, and clients through various channels, primarily WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Handle rescheduling requests, address changes, and driver delay updates promptly and efficiently
  • Liaise between drivers and customers to relay special requests and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update relevant systems accordingly

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
