Job Summary:
- Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm
- Basic up $3500
- Performance Bonus + Quarterly Bonus
- Location: Kallang (Walkable distance from Lavender MRT)
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through regular communication to understand their needs and promote long-term loyalty and engagement.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate quotations to customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory feedback.
- Ensure efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Generate reports for management on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and feedback to support improvements in customer relations strategies, as well as sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing departments to strengthen customer relationships.
- Travel internationally for exhibitions as required.
- Lead the establishment of a customer relations team as the business grows.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma or higher in Business or an equivalent field is required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
