Job Summary:

  • Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm
  • Basic up $3500
  • Performance Bonus + Quarterly Bonus
  • Location: Kallang (Walkable distance from Lavender MRT)

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships through regular communication to understand their needs and promote long-term loyalty and engagement.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate quotations to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory feedback.
  • Ensure efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Generate reports for management on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and feedback to support improvements in customer relations strategies, as well as sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing departments to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Travel internationally for exhibitions as required.
  • Lead the establishment of a customer relations team as the business grows.

Job Requirement:

  • Min Diploma or higher in Business or an equivalent field is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
