Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
  2. Handle and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers:
    1. Review specifications and requirements.
    2. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, procurement) to prepare pricing and lead time.
    3. Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
  3. Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs):
    1. Confirm order details, delivery dates, and terms.
    2. Input orders into internal systems.
  4. Follow up on orders, delivery status, and customer feedback.
  5. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations, and orders.
  7. Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalates when needed.
