Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
- Handle and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers:
- Review specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, procurement) to prepare pricing and lead time.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
- Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs):
- Confirm order details, delivery dates, and terms.
- Input orders into internal systems.
- Follow up on orders, delivery status, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations, and orders.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalates when needed.
