We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executives to support the project. This role involves handling inbound calls and customer emails for a telecommunications client.
👉 Mandarin speaking only is required (no reading or writing requirement).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Escalate complex issues according to standard procedures
- Meet individual and team performance KPIs
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
Working Arrangement
- Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational roster)
- Working Hours: 9.5 hours per shift (inclusive of 1.5-hour break)
