Key Responsibilities: (Preferably from a D2C/Product based brands)

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and company policies.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and assess their needs effectively.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently over calls or other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting or process-related guidance.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction, when necessary.

Product & Process Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Wellbeing Nutrition’s product range, services, and policies.
  • Stay updated on new launches, offers, processes, and internal guidelines to support customers effectively.

Upselling & Customer Engagement

  • Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services while addressing customer queries.
  • Educate customers on product benefits to enhance their experience and drive additional revenue.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Sales orientation with a consultative approach
