Customer Service Executive

• Location: West Singapore
• Industry: Logistics trade / Distributor for Industrial valve
• Role: Customer Service Executive (Logistics) / Inventory Executive (Industrial valve)

Open Positions:

1. Customer Service Executive (Logistics)

• The Role: Act as the primary link between our clients and the warehouse. you will manage order processing, track shipments, and resolve delivery discrepancies to ensure a seamless "last-mile" experience.
• Focus: Communication, shipment tracking, and problem-solving.

2. Inventory Executive (Industrial Valves)

• The Role: Take charge of specialized stock management. You will monitor stock levels of industrial valve components, manage incoming/outgoing inspections, and perform regular audits to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
• Focus: Stock control, technical parts identification, and warehouse efficiency.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight shipping deadlines.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics hub is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are welcome.
• At least 3 years of working experience for inventory control
