Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize customer service operations to maintain good relationships with customers and staff
  • Provide support with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, public announcements, lost and found cases, etc.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and handle feedback/complaints effectively
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service standards
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma
  • Interest in providing good customer service
  • Good Spoken English
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
