Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize customer service operations to maintain good relationships with customers and staff
- Provide support with GST refunds, Smart-Card applications, public announcements, lost and found cases, etc.
- Attend to customer inquiries and handle feedback/complaints effectively
- Gather customer feedback to improve service standards
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Interest in providing good customer service
- Good Spoken English
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
