Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers

Forwarding customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these 

Conducting business reviews using CRM programs

Verifying and validating the leads before forwarding to senior team

Ensuring highest level of customer service, even if required after office hours
